To keep FounderNotes useful and safe, the following conduct and content are prohibited.
1. Prohibited Conduct
- Sharing account credentials, reselling, or sublicensing access.
- Scraping, crawling, bulk downloading, or otherwise extracting content (manually or by automated means) beyond normal personal use.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code or training data.
- Using the Service to build a competing product or to train any machine-learning model.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service, servers, or networks.
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation.
2. Prohibited Content
- Unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or threatening material.
- Hate speech, content inciting violence, or sexual content involving minors.
- Material that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Malware, viruses, phishing links, or any malicious code.
- Spam, unsolicited promotions, or pyramid/MLM schemes.
- Personal data of others collected without lawful basis.
3. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this Policy, with or without notice, and may report violations to law enforcement. Repeat infringers will be terminated.
