DMCA Copyright Notice & Takedown Policy

FounderNotes respects intellectual property rights and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Designated Copyright Agent
DMCA notices should be sent to our designated agent:

2. Notice of Infringement
A valid notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of an authorized agent).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Service (URL).
- Your contact information (address, telephone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
3. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:
- Your signature and contact information.
- Identification of the removed material and prior location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in the Florida district where you reside (or, if outside the U.S., any district where we may be found) and to accept service of process from the complainant.
We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
4. Repeat Infringers
We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
